One Memphis food truck operator is in for a mighty big tip.

After focusing on Memphis BBQ pitmasters on the popular show Chopped back in August, Food Network has now turned their attention on three Memphis food trucks in their new primetime series “Big Food Truck Tip with Andrew Zimmern.”

Big Food Truck Tip premiers with back-to-back episodes on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 9 p.m. The Memphis segment will air at 9:30 p.m.
